Today is the SRC election day for this year, start from last weekend I have receive a lots of forward ym telling me to go vote today for who or who. Then there are a lots of poster of the candidates for this year. I am quite excited because this will be the last year for me to vote for SRC but very unfortunately the election was canceled.
I heard that this morning, the election was still going on and there are about 700++ students voted for it but when I went to campus purposely just to vote I was told that the election is canceled because the server was down. I was curious why server down, then someone told me that it is because this year they used some sort like the yahoo pool for voting and the server for it is down. Haha… sure it will definitely server down, how can you expect an online server to sustain more than thousand of people to use it in a short time?
The reason for them to use the online server is because the previous system for SRC election cannot be open and the person in charge was not longer in MMU so they was forced to use the online server and most exciting things is that they found out that they cannot open the system last 2 days. Hahaha, so clever………
